Eligibility for Return / Replacement

We offer a replacement only for defective or damaged items reported within 4 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a replacement:

• The item must be defective, damaged, or not working properly
• The issue must be reported within 4 days after delivery
• The product must be unused and in its original packaging

How to Request a Replacement

  1. Contact our support team within 4 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number along with clear photos or videos showing the defect.

  3. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement for the same item.

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns or replacements for:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Incorrect address provided by the customer
• Minor color or lighting differences due to screen settings
• Damage caused by misuse after delivery

Replacement Process

Once your request is approved, we will ship a replacement product at no additional cost.
